At Dropalyst, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

All orders placed on Dropalyst are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for shipment immediately.

Shipping Time

We currently ship orders within India only with Cash on Delivery (COD) available.

Estimated delivery time:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Dropalyst currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.

Please note:

Payment must be made in cash /UPI at the time of delivery.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before placing the order. Occasionally, free shipping offers may be available on selected products.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation message/email with your order details.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information may be provided so you can track the delivery status.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Dropalyst will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept the order at delivery or provides incorrect information, Dropalyst reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery orders.
